Delivery Rates
Delivery is charged at £2.99 for 2nd Class delivery or £4.99 for 1st Class.
Orders over £45 receive free 2nd Class delivery!
Orders will be posted through Royal Mail.​
All items will be dispatched as soon as possible, we know you will be eager to receive your amazing new items!
What is your return policy?
If you wish to return any item bought from us then we will be happy to refund the product provided it is as new, and in fully resalable condition. All goods must be in the original packaging and undamaged.
Costs of return postage will be at your expense unless the goods are faulty.
You are advised to get proof of postage and postal insurance as we cannot refund any items that are not returned to us, even if they are lost in transit.

How to start a return.
Please get in contact with us either through the contact form or by email at hello@pignmixdogtreats.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will contact you with confirmation of your return, instructions on how to return and a returns number, you will then have 14 days to return the item to us.
Please ensure that the items are adequately packaged for their return journey. We cannot be held responsible for items that are returned damaged due to poor or inadequate packaging and would not be able to process a refund.

Your refund will be issued once we have received and inspected the returned item.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Faulty or damaged items.
If unfortunately an item you receive is faulty then please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order either by the 'contact us' form or by email: hello@pignmixdogtreats.com.
We will then discuss with you the most appropriate action.

If your item is damaged during transit you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order or we cannot claim against the courier for the loss. Please do not open nor use the product if it has been damaged.
